Access for everyone, groups and people

How inherited permissions and exceptions work
Everyone provides a common baseline, including for new members.
Groups add permissions. If a person belongs to several groups, their group permissions are combined. “No additional access” in one group does not block another group’s grant.
A personal exception replaces inherited access for that service. It can grant more or less, including no access. Choose “Inherit access” to follow the common and group rules again.
The connected provider account still limits what can actually be done. Administrator status does not bypass tool permissions.
