Terms of Service
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms apply to the website toolcape.com and to the Toolcape service (the "Service"). The Service is developed, owned and provided by Dyst AS (org. no. 934 222 946, "Dyst", "we"). By using the website, joining the waitlist or using the Service, you accept these terms.
1. The Service is in beta
Toolcape is a beta product in early access. The Service may contain errors, lack features, change substantially, be unavailable at times or be discontinued without notice.
Demonstrations on the website, including example questions, answers, figures and systems, use fabricated data and do not show real customers, accounts or results. Available features depend on which AI clients and systems are connected, and on what those providers allow.
2. What you can expect from us
We do our best to make the Service work as described, but we give no warranty of uptime, error-free operation, correctness of results, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. Your responsibilities
You must have the right to connect the accounts and systems you use with Toolcape, and to give others in your workspace access. You are responsible for the access and actions you grant AI clients through Toolcape, and for checking results before acting on them.
You must not use the Service for anything unlawful, to circumvent security or access rules of your own or others, or in a way that harms the Service or other users.
4. Third-party services
AI clients such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Grok, and systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Fiken and others, are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for how they process data or perform actions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dyst is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or for actions an AI client performs in your systems through Toolcape, regardless of the basis of liability, including negligence.
If Dyst is nevertheless held liable, total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months. During the beta period, where the Service is free, liability is therefore limited to zero. Mandatory rules of law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, take precedence over this limitation.
6. Intellectual property
Dyst owns Toolcape, including software, design, trademarks and website content. Logos of third-party systems belong to their respective owners and are shown only to indicate which systems can be connected. You keep all rights to your own data.
7. Changes and termination
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced on the website or by email to those on the waitlist. Continued use after changes take effect counts as acceptance. We may end or limit access to the Service at any time during the beta period.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that are not resolved amicably may be brought before the Norwegian courts.
9. Contact
Dyst AS is responsible for the Service. Questions about these terms can be sent through the early-access form at toolcape.com/en.
