User Terms for Toolcape
Version 1.0, effective from 4 November 2026
This is a translation. The Norwegian version of these terms applies.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to you when you use Toolcape (the "Service") because a business, for example your employer, has given you access (the "Customer"). The Service is provided by Dyst AS ("Dyst") under an agreement between the Customer and Dyst.
2. The Customer decides on access and data
The Customer decides what access you have, and may change or remove it. The Customer is the controller of the data entered about you in the Service. Questions about this data, for example requests for access or rectification, should be sent to the Customer. Dyst's privacy policy at toolcape.com/en/privacy explains which data Dyst itself is responsible for.
3. How to use the Service
- Use the Service only for the Customer's purposes and in accordance with the Customer's instructions.
- Keep your login details secret, and do not share your account with others.
- Tell the Customer or Dyst if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.
- Do not enter unlawful content or malicious code, do not attempt to circumvent security measures or gain access to the data of others, and do not copy or decompile the Service beyond what the law permits.
4. Results
Results from the Service, including content created with artificial intelligence (AI), may be wrong. Check them before you use them.
5. Suspension
Dyst may suspend your access in case of misuse or security risk, and will then notify the Customer.
6. Liability
The Service is made available to you through the Customer, and claims relating to the Service should be made to the Customer. Dyst is not liable to you for loss resulting from use of the Service, unless the loss is caused intentionally or by gross negligence by Dyst or anyone Dyst is responsible for, concerns personal injury, or otherwise follows from mandatory law. This does not limit your rights under data protection law.
7. Changes
Dyst may change these terms. Changes are shown in the Service before they apply.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. You can contact Dyst at [email protected].
